He Lifeng stated at the opening ceremony of the 2026 Lujiazui Forum that China will strengthen financial rule of law, safeguard national financial security, and deepen global financial governance cooperation; Beijing will support Shanghai in piloting offshore finance, accelerate the construction of a global RMB asset allocation center and risk management center, enhance cross-border trade and investment facilitation, and expand credit, insurance, bond, and shipping insurance products to promote the upgrading of Shanghai International Financial Center.
