[South Korea's Five Major Crypto Exchanges Have 6,590 Corporate Accounts, Holding Assets Worth 43.4 Billion KRW]
According to Yonhap News Agency, as of the end of July, the five major crypto exchanges—Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and GOPAX—had registered a total of 6,590 corporate accounts. Among them, Bithumb holds 3,280 accounts, and Upbit holds 2,086 accounts. There are 711 corporate accounts that have completed KYC, and 29 accounts conducted actual trading activities last month. The value of crypto assets held by corporations through the five major exchanges is approximately 43.4 billion KRW, with Upbit holding about 27.08 billion KRW. The deposit balance held by corporations amounts to approximately 9.13 billion KRW.
