Upexi raises $19.5 million through private equity to repay debt and increase holdings in SOL

Upexi, a Nasdaq listed company, signed a securities purchase agreement to sell approximately 12.2423 million ordinary shares at a price of approximately $1.60 per share, raising $19.5 million. The funds will be used to repay debts and increase holdings of SOL assets.
