This upgrade consists of the Amsterdam execution layer and the Gloas consensus layer, with the core changes being the EIP-7732 protocol's built-in proposer builder separation (ePBS) and EIP-7928 block level access lists (BALs). After Sepolia activation, it will be launched on the Hoodi test network and deployed on the main network at a later date. Sepolia node operators and stakers need to upgrade their clients in advance.
