The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have jointly issued a document soliciting public opinions on the coordination of investment portfolio margin and cross margin regulatory frameworks for securities, securities swaps, futures, swaps, and related positions. The comment period is within 60 days after the document is published in the Federal Register.
