Base B20 token standard mainnet activation time postponed again

Base Build stated that due to recent network stability issues, the activation time of the Base B20 token standard mainnet has been postponed again. The official announcement of the adjusted time will be made soon, and Sepolia and Vibenet will continue to proceed as planned.
