The Hyper Foundation provides a $10 million grant to help developers affected by the gradual withdrawal of USDH offset migration or closure costs. The migration subsidy is aimed at teams that migrate the market to USDC, and the gradual closure subsidy is aimed at teams that terminate USDH business. The HIP-1 and HIP-3 subsidies are based on auction deployment cost accounting, while the HyperEVM subsidy is determined based on the affected USDH lock up amount. The beneficiaries must complete the migration or closure by the end of July. Users can exchange USDH to USDC in the HyperCore spot order book, or exchange 1:1 through the Across protocol on HyperEVM.
