AvsA, a member of the ENS community, proposed a draft to allocate the 5 million ENS held by DAO to different governance stakeholders through multiple delegation contracts, in order to alleviate the problem of high concentration of voting rights. The plan is to allocate tokens from the DAO treasury and entrust them to users, integrators, developers, domain service providers, and governance communities at a standard of approximately 1 million ENS per type. The entrusted person only has the right to vote and does not have the authority to dispose of tokens. If the entrusted person does not participate in voting for six consecutive months, the entrusted person will be reclaimed.
