Michael Sellers: Strategy will remain cautious in stock issuance financing

Michael Thaler stated on X platform that Strategy ($MSTR) will maintain discipline when using stock issuance financing, especially when the stock price is close to or at 1 times the market net asset value (mNAV) level. Strategy will not overly rely on equity financing when the valuation is weak or close to net asset value, in order to avoid unnecessary dilution of shareholder structure.
