Economist: Bank of Japan's short-term survey predicts a slight decline in the prosperity of large manufacturers
According to economists' expectations from Quick's survey, the Bank of Japan's Short Term Business Sentiment Survey, which will be released on Wednesday, shows that the spread index of large manufacturers' prosperity has decreased from positive 17 in March to positive 16 in June. Mizuho Securities economist Ryosuke Kataki stated that the prosperity of material industry enterprises has deteriorated due to the surge in resource prices and supply shortages caused by the situation in Iran, while the prosperity of the processing industry has improved due to semiconductor related demand.
