I'm dying of laughter, even Trump knows how to be passive-aggressive. Didn't he just say a couple of days ago that he respects Xi Jinping? Even when Xi Jinping is being passive-aggressive toward the U.S., he can still say it's Biden being passive-aggressive, not him.
