According to CoinPost, bitFlyer Europe, a Luxembourg subsidiary of bitFlyer Holdings, has obtained a CASP license under the MiCA framework issued by the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Commission (CSSF), which took effect on June 26th. After obtaining this license, bitFlyer can provide cross-border services across the 27 member states of the European Union, marking the first time a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange has obtained a CASP license under MiCA.
