Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh: Will no longer provide forward guidance and establish five task forces

Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh reiterated that he will not provide forward guidance and announced the establishment of five special working groups to study communication mechanisms, balance sheets, data usage, productivity and employment, and inflation frameworks.
