According to TechCrunch, privacy first AI platform Venice AI has raised $65 million in Series A funding, with a post investment valuation of $1 billion, led by cryptocurrency venture capital firm Dragonfly and participated by Coinbase Ventures and others. Venice AI provides access to over 200 open source and closed source models, with monthly active users exceeding 3 million and daily API calls of approximately 1.7 million. Its annual revenue exceeds 70 million US dollars and it has achieved profitability. Venice AI plans to use this round of funds to purchase GPUs and build its own data center.
