Forward Industries increases holdings of 500000 SOLs, bringing total holdings to 7.55 million

On July 2nd, Solana Treasury's Forward Industries released an update for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, increasing its holdings by over 500000 SOLs and raising its total holdings to 7.55 million SOLs. After complete dilution, the SOL per share increased from 0.0669 in the previous quarter to 0.0729, representing a year-on-year growth of 36%. Forward Industries issued 93642 ordinary shares through At The Market during the same period, achieving value-added financing at the NAV premium. Forward Industries will continue to maximize the number of SOLs per share through open market capital operations and leverage strategies, and expand institutional capital channels through inclusion in the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices.
