SemiAnalysis: Meta will accelerate computing power procurement and is currently negotiating with Anthropic

The SemiAnalysis report points out that Meta's data center and computing power procurement will continue to accelerate, with Meta signing over 5GW of capacity in cloud services and hosted data centers in the first half of this year. Meta is in final negotiations with Anthropic to obtain access to Claude's private instance and build its own AI model service platform.
