According to Bloomberg, SPAC supported by Cantor Fitzgerald and BSTR, a Bitcoin reserve company under Adam Back, have abandoned their original merger agreement and are currently renegotiating revised terms. Cantor Equity Partners I Inc. and BSTR Holdings have stated that they will no longer proceed with the transaction as per the agreement signed last year, and will develop revised terms reflecting current market conditions. Currently, they have not disclosed the financial details of the new transaction or the timeline for its completion.
