SK Hynix is listed on the US stock market, with major investors reducing their allocation scale
In SK Hynix's $26.5 billion US stock listing, the number of ADRs allocated to major investors was lower than expected. Cornerstone investors Baillie Gifford, Coatue Management, and Situational Awareness Partners were allocated approximately $5 billion in ADRs, which is $2 billion less than the highest subscription intention during the inquiry filing period. The transaction received approximately seven times oversubscription, with over 500 institutional investors placing orders. 10 investors snapped up 50% of the issued shares, with the top 25 investors accounting for two-thirds. The management of SK Hynix participated in the allocation process.
