Uniswap Labs proposes to extend protocol fees to V4 pools and introduce V4 Fee Controller system

According to The Defiant, Uniswap Labs proposed on July 7th to extend protocol fees to the Uniswap v4 pool. The snapshot voting will take place from July 7th to 12th, and the on chain voting is expected to start in the week of July 13th. The proposal introduces the V4 Fee Controller system to manage fees for different types of pools. It is proposed to enable fees for static fee pools, CCA auction pools, and aggregator hooks pools, where aggregator hooks are subject to a 250 basis point cap rate, regular chains are subject to 10 basis points, and Base is subject to 3 basis points.
