[Franklin Templeton Completes $1.5 Billion Collateralized Fund Obligation Issuance]
Franklin Templeton has completed the issuance of its first collateralized fund obligation, Franklin Templeton Structured Solutions 2026, L.P., raising $1.5 billion. This instrument provides institutional investors with exposure to private market strategies, including private equity secondary markets and continuation funds managed by Lexington Partners, as well as U.S. middle-market direct lending managed by Benefit Street Partners. Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions serves as the collateral manager.
