Qatar raises security threat level, urges people to stay at home

According to Al Jazeera, Qatar's Ministry of Interior stated that the country's security threat level is at a high level and urged everyone to stay indoors or in a safe location, calling on the public to follow safety instructions and avoid unnecessary travel.
