This round is led by DCVC and Energize Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Samsung Ventures, GE Vernova, Salesforce Ventures, and others. The company utilizes proprietary software to assist data centers in adjusting power consumption based on grid demand. Currently, contracts have been established in California and Virginia, and testing has been conducted in collaboration with companies such as NVIDIA and Oracle. Founder Sivram stated that the goal is to transform data centers from being burdened by the power grid to being flexible resources.
