SK Hynix launches mass production and shipment of 12 layer HBM4 for Nvidia

According to the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily, SK Hynix has launched mass production and shipment of the 12 layer HBM4 for Nvidia, and the product has entered the stage of capacity ramp up. This is the first time that HBM4 has completed the final specification of quality certification for Nvidia's next-generation AI platform Vera Rubin. SK Hynix will expand its HBM4 shipment scale in September to meet Nvidia's demand for high-end computing chips.
