The sanctioned addresses involve the Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, Dash, Zcash, and Litecoin networks, as well as Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses. The sanctions also target entities linked to the Cuban Association of Combatants of the Cuban Revolution and the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, among other state-owned enterprises. Additionally, accounts controlled by Ukrainian citizen Dmytro Rashevskyi and Belarusian citizen Yevgeniy Vladimirovich Silayev were frozen, with accusations of engaging in virtual asset operations that harm the United States.
