[JPMorgan: AI Investment Opportunities Are Not Limited to Tech Giants] According to a report by Jinse Finance, on July 15, Madison Faller, Global Investment Strategist at JPMorgan Private Bank, stated that investors should not focus solely on tech giants but should consider the entire AI industry chain. 'The story of artificial intelligence is not confined to a single sector. What we are truly focused on are capital-intensive and hard-to-replace assets,' she specifically mentioned semiconductors, infrastructure, utilities, and industrial sectors. Faller noted that the strong performance of tech companies can coexist with broader market earnings growth. She added that during this earnings season, profits in 10 out of the 11 sectors covered by the S&P 500 Index are expected to grow. The JPMorgan team anticipates that the S&P 500 Index will deliver a total return of nearly 10% over the next year. They also project mid-single-digit returns for large-cap European stocks. Faller emphasized that, given the improvement in fundamentals and the increased momentum in dividends and stock buybacks, bank stocks are an investment option worth watching in the region. (Jin10)
