Japanese listed company Bitcoin Japan Corporation raised $60 million through the issuance of convertible bonds and used $4.08 million of the funds to purchase Bitcoin as a reserve asset in the company's treasury.
VanEck's PFXF ETF has increased its Strategy STRC holdings to $207 million. As of July 16th, the largest holding of the Preferred Securities ex Financials ETF (PFXF) is Strategy Inc, accounting for 8.63% of the fund's net assets and a market value of $207 million, corresponding to approximately 2.42 million shares of Strategy STRC.
