Zcash releases new full node client Zakura, supporting Ironwood network upgrade

The new full node client Zakura, jointly developed by Project Tachyon and Valar Group, has been officially released. The client is built on Zebra and supports Ironwood (NU6.3) network upgrades. The upgrade is expected to be activated around July 28th. Zakura completes Zcash mainnet synchronization in about 4 hours and 20 minutes, while Zebra takes about 20 hours and 46 minutes, resulting in a nearly 5-fold increase in synchronization speed.
