TD Securities strategist predicts that the Federal Reserve's balance sheet may not shrink before the end of 2027

According to Gennadiy Goldberg and Molly Brooks, strategists at TD Securities, the Federal Reserve's balance sheet may not begin to shrink until the end of 2027, and the Fed may choose to hold its fire and let the economy naturally grow to digest the balance sheet, rather than restoring direct quantitative tightening.
