Samsung Electronics announces that Samsung Wallet supports stablecoins and launches Samsung Galaxy Card

According to Digital Today, Samsung Electronics announced at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event that Samsung Wallet will introduce stablecoin support and integrate payments, rewards, and digital assets into a unified service. Samsung Electronics has released the first financial service based on Samsung Wallet, the Samsung Galaxy Card, which is launched in the United States in collaboration with Barclays and Visa, and is protected by end-to-end encryption provided by the Knox security platform.
