DRAM and advanced process foundry demand are the primary drivers, with Samsung and SK Hynix's capital expenditure forecasts revised upward by 22% and 19%, respectively, and TSMC's annual capital expenditure increased by $8 billion. The $16.8 billion initial phase equipment investment pledged by SpaceX and Tesla for Terafab has also been included in the WFE forecast. Goldman Sachs highlights Applied Materials, Lam Research, ASML, Tokyo Electron, ASMI, BESI, Lasertec, and Ebara as key recommendations.
