According to Strategy’s latest regulatory filings, the total cost of its BTC acquisitions is $6.369 billion, with an average purchase price of $75,653 per BTC. The chart estimates the current value of its holdings at approximately $5.436 billion, reflecting an unrealized loss of about $947 million. During the reporting period from July 13 to July 19, Strategy sold 2,732,318 shares of MSTR, generating net proceeds of $263.5 million, but did not purchase any Bitcoin. This revenue increased its cash reserves to $3.225 billion. In a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 20, Strategy disclosed that under its existing market issuance authorization, it can still sell up to $23.53 billion worth of common stock.
