The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission condemns Yaocai Securities and imposes a fine of HKD 2.8 million
According to the Hong Kong Business Daily website, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has condemned Yaocai Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and imposed a fine of HKD 2.8 million for failing to implement sufficient and effective internal monitoring procedures to monitor and detect clean trades conducted by its clients. Yaocai Securities (Hong Kong) Limited sincerely accepts the punishment decision and has completed all the renovations by September 2025. Currently, all internal control technologies have met regulatory requirements, and the relevant incidents do not involve technical security issues, nor do they affect the normal trading and fund security of any clients.
