UK AI real estate integrator Dwelly raises $170 million in funding

According to Bloomberg, UK AI real estate integrator Dwelly has raised $170 million in funding, led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst. The funding includes $95 million in equity financing and $75 million in debt from Trinity Capital to acquire a property leasing service company and apply AI technology to operations.
