Bernstein lowers Circle target price to $140

Bernstein has lowered its target price for Circle from $190 to $140 and maintained a outperforming rating. Analyst Gautam Chhugani stated that the threat posed by the Open USD Alliance, supported by over 140 institutions such as Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe, to Circle is lower than market expectations.
