[ZeroStack Reports $82.5 Million Loss, Issues Going Concern Warning]
According to Cointelegraph, Nasdaq-listed crypto treasury company ZeroStack disclosed in its 10-Q filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that as of June 30, 2026, the fair value of the 75.1 million Zero Gravity (0G) tokens held by the company was $15.2 million, a decline of approximately 91% from the recorded cost of $163.3 million. The fair value loss of digital assets in the first half of the year amounted to $82.5 million, with a net loss of $61.3 million. The company’s cash reserves stood at only $2.6 million, with a working capital deficit of $600,000 and accumulated losses reaching $339.1 million. In the first half of the year, ZeroStack generated $3.8 million in staking revenue and sold approximately 4.9 million tokens, realizing $2.4 million in cash. ZeroStack’s management stated that they could not confirm whether existing plans are sufficient to alleviate doubts about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
