AMD announced its Q2 2026 financial report, with data center revenue reaching $6.72 billion and total revenue reaching $11.54 billion, exceeding market expectations of $11.28 billion. Adjusted earnings per share were $1.66, exceeding expectations of $1.62. AMD expects its third quarter revenue to be approximately $1.3 billion, with a fluctuation of $300 million, higher than the expected $125.2 million. CEO Su Zifeng stated that the second-generation Helios AI server has been fully put into production and is expected to be shipped in the coming months. AMD will deliver the relevant AI servers to Meta and OpenAI by the end of this quarter. AMD's gaming business revenue for the second quarter decreased by 31% year-on-year to $779 million.
