Adjusted EBITDA was negative $113 million, whereas it was positive $377.7 million last year. As of June 30, the company held $202.6 million in cash, Bitcoin holdings valued at $814.9 million, net long-term debt of $1.78 billion, and working capital of $761 million. The company has signed a 20-year triple-net lease agreement worth $6.6 billion with an investment-grade tenant for the Sandersville project. Equity funding required for the project has been fully secured, and all long-lead-time equipment necessary for the planned operational timeline has been ordered and prepaid.
