Wu Blockchain has learned that Grayscale submitted a revised Ethereum Staking Mini ETF Trust Agreement to the SEC. The document shows that once specific tax conditions are met, the fund will be able to stake almost all of its held ETH. The staking rewards generated are planned to be converted into cash and distributed to shareholders at least once per quarter. Grayscale may also charge additional staking service fees, with specific rates to be disclosed later.
