Google adjusts AI management, Demis Hassabis becomes chairman, Jeff Dean resigns

Google management convinced Demis Hassabis to become Chairman of Google DeepMind and Chief Scientist of Alphabet, while Jeff Dean will resign and become CEO of Discovery Loop. Oriol Vinyals, Quoc Le, and Sanjay Ghemawat will join Discovery Loop. Demis Hassabis will continue to lead Isomorphic Labs.
