According to The Defiant, Edward Reginelli, the Chief Financial Officer of BitGo, will resign on September 15th and will serve as a consultant after his departure. BitGo suffered a net loss of $19 million in the second quarter, compared to a profit of $38.3 million in the same period last year, with revenue increasing by 79.6% to $4.33 billion. Adjusted EBITDA changed from a profit of $3 million in the same period last year to a loss of $4.2 million. Edward Reginelli's resignation was not due to differences in company operations, policies, or practices, and BitGo has begun to search for a successor.
