I dont understand the need for crypto projects to have a token + equity. Using the tokens to bootstrap so equity owners can east part of the pie + have much better legal protection is uninvestable. If you chose to be a token which basically is an instant liquidity event (ipo) you can’t expect to eat from both sides In many cases for the token to become actually valuable through buybacks its impossible to have value leaking to equity(Algod)
