Nvidia invests $6 billion to obtain license for the Poolside model and hires its R&D team

Nvidia will pay $6 billion to Poolside for a non exclusive license to the Model Factory model development system and offer to 109 R&D personnel. Nvidia will invest an additional $1 billion, with a pre investment valuation of $12 billion for Poolside, and the company will maintain independent operations.
