BITCOIN GOD CANDLE = NEW BULL MARKET One feature has marked the end of Bitcoin bear markets in the past two cycles: an explosive weekly reversal that catches nearly everyone off guard. It often begins as a short squeeze. As price rises, bearish traders add new short positions, and those positions are liquidated as the rally accelerates. In 2019, Bitcoin printed a +31.98% weekly candle, helping mark the end of the bear market and the beginning of a new bullish phase. The same happened in January 2023. Following the FTX collapse, with sentiment deeply pessimistic, Bitcoin surged +24.90% in a single week and invalidated much of the bearish narrative. Something similar may be happening now. While many participants expected a market bottom in October based on the four-year-cycle theory, Bitcoin moved from $62,700 to $79,500 in one week, a +26.81% gain. If history repeats, this type of powerful weekly reversal could be an early sign that BTC has entered a new bullish cycle.(Ali Charts)
