According to The Block, 48 year old San Francisco game company founder Japheth Dillman has been convicted by a federal jury of telecom fraud for operating a fraudulent cryptocurrency trading fund called Block Bits Capital, facing up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250000 on each charge.
