According to Bloomberg, BlackRock has lowered the minimum trading size for investors to purchase ETF shares in physical Bitcoin from $25 million to $1 million. Robbie Mitchnick, head of digital assets at BlackRock, stated that its spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT has completed over $5 billion in such conversions. This mechanism allows investors to transfer Bitcoin into funds holding the same asset and exchange ETF shares through authorized participants or market makers. The minimum threshold for Bitwise to process such transactions has been lowered from $100 million to $3 million. Bloomberg reported that as US regulators allowed physical subscriptions last summer, the market infrastructure for the migration of cryptocurrency assets to ETFs is continuing to expand.

AI startup Emerald AI has raised $150 million in funding, with a valuation of $1.05 billion. This round is led by DCVC and Energize Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Samsung Ventures, GE Vernova, Salesforce Ventures, and others.
