Just checked the market again. Personally, I think there might be a short-term downward correction coming. This correction isn’t for anything else but to prepare the market for another upward move. The goal is to clear out high-leverage users in the market. The 'car' is too heavy, and the cost of pulling it up is too high. Yesterday afternoon, I opened some short positions on $BTC and a few altcoins. The altcoins are showing decent corrections. Most altcoins are bought by retail investors, and when it’s time to sell, they’ll definitely run faster than anyone else. Bitcoin:native has always been bought by institutional players, so for it to drop, there needs to be large-scale selling. The 79-80k range still needs some consolidation to absorb a large number of long and short positions. Currently, the total contract open interest is at $56.9 billion. Next time, it’ll need to clear the total contract open interest down to $52 billion.
