Bloomberg analyst: ETF closures increase by 65%, with nearly 200 so far this year

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on X platform that the number of ETF closures has increased by 65% compared to last year, approaching 200 so far this year, and at the current rate, it will break records. At the same time, the number of ETF issuances is about five times the number of closures, and issuers are closing zombie funds faster.
