Strive raised funds by issuing ASST common shares and SATA preferred shares, increasing Class A shares by 3.65 million shares to 79.89 million shares and issuing 441313 SATA preferred shares. CEO Matt Cole stated that the company purchased the aforementioned Bitcoin at an average cost of $73409 per coin.
