Blockstream has released a report evaluating three lattice based signature schemes, namely Dilithium, Falcon, and Hawk. The report points out that Hawk has been withdrawn, Dilithium signature and public key volume are too large, and Falcon has the best overall compactness, verification speed, and maturity assumption. If choosing a lattice based signature scheme for Bitcoin, Falcon 1024 is more preferred.
