General robotics company Sharpa has disclosed its financing situation for the first time, with a cumulative financing of over 4.5 billion yuan and a valuation of 22 billion yuan. Sharpa was founded by Li Yifan, Xiang Shaoqing, and Sun Kai, founders of Hesai Technology, at the end of 2024, specializing in dexterous hands, general robots, and AI models. The company currently focuses on commercial scenarios such as catering, hotels, and retail. The first landing scenario is DQ stores, where robots need to independently complete about 55 steps to make ice cream. Li Yifan believes that the winner of Physical AI needs to master hardware, data, models, and the entire machine at the same time. The company plans to try entering households from 2028.
